FOOTWEAR ADAPTIONS

Our technicians have the vast experience and ability to both adapt and repair your patients footwear.

Adapting footwear is a great alternative to orthoses, as certain specifications will still allow you to control you patients foot and ankle mobility. Birmingham Orthotics skilled technicians will endeavour to match footwear colour as best possible to help with discretion.

Examples of adaptions include raises and rocker soles, calliper sockets and sole or heel restoration.

Should your patient have surgery to rectify their condition, we also have the ability, in some cases, to restore footwear back to its original condition.
