The B.O.S. Modular orthotic range allows practitioners to prescribe custom orthoses, constructed to individual specification, manufactured from a high quality Schein base. This semi-bespoke production process enables additional components, typically only found on bespoke products, to be integrated into the orthoses.
Schein bases are made from hard wearing, anti-slip materials offering both comfort and control. The range offers the ideal starting point for many common foot conditions, allowing practitioners to customise as required to treat more complex conditions.
The Schein slimline design also streamlines the fitting stage, as B.O.S. Modular insoles are designed to be used with the majority of footwear.

B.O.S. MODULAR INSOLES
Constructed from three layers of reinforcing material which are laminated together to create a durable sole, a strong yet adaptable medial longitudinal arch and flexible heel cup. This allows the insole to form to the pitch of most shoes. For added comfort, the underneath of the full-length insole has a unique non-slip coating to prevent movement inside the shoe.

B.O.S. MODULAR HALLUX INSOLES
Hallux insoles reduce the pressures exerted on the joint, thereby minimising pain and restoring the normal gait. Holding the joint in a fixed position alleviates the pain, thus allowing the inflammation to heal. Low material thickness throughout, with a carbon look effect cover on the bottom as standard.

Heel Pain insoles relieve the load on the painful extension to the plantar fascia tendon and the plantar fascia tendon itself, as well as providing the calcaneus with additional stability. This reduces the acute pain and facilitates faster healing of the inflammation.
