FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you supply to the general public?
As a manufacture we deal directly with clinicians who provide the products to the end user. Please see our feature clinic page to see where your nearest clinician is.

Do you offer refurbishments of current orthotics?
We have the ability to refurb orthotics that were both made by us and other manufactures. Please contact us directly for pricing.

What casting methods are you able to accept to be able to produce the orthoses?
For insoles we are able to use plaster/slipper casts, impression boxes and also 3d scans. For AFO’s we are able to accept just plaster casts.

How long will it take to receive the products?
Our lead times on insoles are 5-7 working days, on Footwear R&A the lead time is 7-10 days and for AFO’s we would need 10-15 working days to produce. Turnaround times will vary during busier periods and the complexity of the work being carried out.

How much are your products?
We as a business are trying to simplify the price structure. As you may imagine there are many different options to have on orthoses, so please contact us directly for more information on the prices.
